Maka, a devoted Tongan superfan, goes to great lengths for tickets to the Tonga vs. France Rugby World Cup game. To secure them, he promises a brass band for the pre-match show. The catch? The band doesn‘t exist, and Maka has just four weeks to create one. Inspired by a true story.
